Trail condition reports are assembled from information provided by Parks staff, volunteers, water taxis, and trail users. Updates and information are welcome via kbsptrails@gmail.com; please always include what trail, what date, and GPS coordinates for any location specific information like a downed tree. Use all available information to plan your trip, especially recent and current trail maps. Trails in Kachemak Bay State Parks can be rough with steep grades, missing and/or misleading trail signs, and in some cases only marked routes and overgrown terrain. Trail conditions are not the same as trail ratings–read trail information carefully. If on mobile, try flipping to landscape for better viewing.
